Please be aware that we require proper insurance coverage on the vehicle. You may need to contact your insurance representative to make necessary adjustments.
Insurance
The Renter will have full coverage insurance for the duration of the rental agreement with policy coverage listed below:

Damage Deposit
The Renter must submit a $500 Security Deposit on a credit/debit card 24 hours prior to the rental. An authorization hold of $500 in addition to the rental cost will be placed on the credit/debit card on the day prior to the rental.
The authorization hold Security Deposit will be waived shortly after the damage deposit covers the cost of the following:
Non-collision damages to the vehicle
the Renter's insurance deductible, and Rental fees occurred by the renter.
If the vehicle is returned in good condition (road dirt, salt, etc. is acceptable), the deposit amount will be waived leaving only the rental costs to be charged towards the authorization. We will process charges immediately upon the return of the rental, thus releasing our hold on the remaining amount. Your bank may take longer to process this release. If this is a concern, we suggest you contact them for more information.
If the vehicle is returned with damages, or requires excessive cleaning and/or parts to return it back to the condition in which it was delivered, any related charges -- along with the rental cost -- will be applied to the authorization. We will notify you of any damages or extra services required as soon as possible after the rental.
Rental Rates
Our daily rental rate is based on a 24-hour period. 3-day rates are based on 72 hours, and our weekly rate is based on 7 daily rates. We offer discounted rates for 3-day weekend and weekly rates.
Payment Method
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept debit cards. We do not accept prepaid or gift cards, cash, checks or money orders. On both credit and debit cards there must be sufficient balance to cover the deposit and the cost of the rental.
On the day prior to your rental, we will submit an authorization for the deposit and rental amount. This is a confirmation of available funds, and it will place a temporary hold on the deposit/rental cost on your credit/debit card. This is not yet a charge. If there is not sufficient balance available and you can not provide another credit or debit card with sufficient balance, we will cancel the rental and you may be subject to a charge similar to our Reservation/Cancellation Charges noted on this page.
When the rental is completed, we will charge your card for the rental fees, any cleaning fees or repairs (see Damage Deposits), and then release the remaining deposit amount. NOTE: Your bank may not recognize the authorization release right away, so we suggest you check with them.
Rental Restrictions and Fees
Late Fee
Because we personally deliver and retrieve all our luxury vehicles, Grace Fine Motorcars allows a 1 (one) hour "grace" period from the scheduled drop-off and retrieval time.
If you are unable to make your scheduled drop-off or retrieval time, please notify us at least 3 hours prior to arrange a new time. If you exceed the 1 hour grace period, fail to notify us of your delay and we have dispatched our personnel based upon the original meeting time, you will be charged $50 per hour up to an additional full day's rental rate.
Rental Cancellations
If you need to change your reservation or cancel, you must notify us at least three (3) business days prior to delivery. If you fail to notify us or are a no-show within the scheduled time of delivery's grace period, you will be charged 100 percent of the total rental reservation price. Cancellations without prior notice are not entitled to a cash refund. However these charges will be valid to use against a future rental.

Delivery and Pick-up of the Vehicle
The Renter agrees (a) that the vehicle will not be driven by any other person than the renter. (b) The vehicle shall not be used for; any illegal purposes; in any illegal or reckless manor. (c)The renter shall not remove any accessory from the car. (d) Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition. (e)The renter will not take the car out of its respected state; (f) not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner. (g) The vehicle shall not be driven by any one impaired by the use of narcotics, alcohol intoxicants, or drugs used with or with out prescription. (h) Not to carry passengers, property or materials in excess of the rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle. (i) The renter shall fully indemnify the Owner and Enalux LLC for any and all loss or damage to the vehicle, during the term of this Agreement whether caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause, except that which shall be determined to be caused by a fault or defect of the vehicle or equipment. (j) The Renter allows Enalux LLC and Owner without limitation to collect on the renters behalf any insurance company authorized payments of any amount owed by Renter under this Agreement, (k) The Renter shall defend indemnify and hold Owner and Enalux LLC harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages injuries claims demands cost attorney fees and other expenses incurred by Owner in any manner from this rental transaction. (l) Indemnify the Owner and Enalux LLC from claims of or liabilities to third parties. The renter shall have final responsibility to Owner for all such losses. All fine, costs and attorney fees for legal violations parking tolls towing and storage fee's incurred by the renter during the duration of this contract will be paid upon demand. Renter agrees that the Owner or Enalux LLC may provide Renters information to applicable authorities and/or third parties to process payment and/or transfer any such liability. Enalux may charge a $20 per incident processing fee for incident for processing payment for any of the fines costs attorney fees set forth above. The renter shall not transfer or assign this agreement and/or lease. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition that he has received the vehicle in.
